Job role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Report to: Senior Operations Manager
Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Role
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production plan and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and complete execution through effective communication and planning.
Your responsibilities
* Plan all bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international 3rd party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200 and communicate with relevant departments to align stock with sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure all deliveries are made on time and in full, and investigate any customer complaints related to deliveries.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is correctly completed.
* Perform other tasks as required by the business.
Skills and experience
* Experience with Sage 200 accounting software.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience in managing KPIs such as On Time In Full, Weekly GMP audits, and production timeliness.
