Location: Alcester, Warwickshire (own transport required on-site parking available)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + up to £1,000 bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are a recently refurbished, independent pub/restaurant with 10 rooms and a strong local following. Our focus is simple: fresh, quality food, warm hospitality, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
With a close-knit brigade and a hands-on leadership team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to develop, contribute ideas, and be part of something they can feel proud of.
The Opportunity:
As Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across a busy fresh food kitchen serving around 100 covers per day (more at weekends).
Youll:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP to ensure smooth, efficient service
Contribute creatively to daily specials and menu development
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisation standards
Thrive in a fast-paced service while remaining calm and focused
Our trading hours are 9am9pm, with the kitchen fully closed and cleaned down by 10pm meaning no late-night finishes.
About You:
Around 2 years experience in a fresh food kitchen
Background in independent pubs, restaurants, or hotels preferred
Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes
Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
Formal qualifications arent essential attitude, consistency, and fresh food experience are what matter most.
What Youll Receive:
£35,000 per annum
Overtime paid in full
Annual bonus of up to £1,000
