Job Title: Restaurant Manager & Bartender
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Restaurant Manager & Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both leadership and hands-on service skills, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer experiences behind the bar and on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and shift coordination.
* Manage bar service: mixing and serving drinks, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws.
* Provide high-quality customer service, including bartending, waitering, and engaging with guests.
* Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold service standards.
* Monitor health, safety, and hygiene practices in line with regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
* Support management in ordering supplies, stock control, and cost management.
Requirements
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Personal alcohol license (mandatory).
* Previous experience in bartending, supervising, and waitering (any combination considered).
* Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Preferred
* Prior experience as a shift supervisor, assistant manager, or team leader in hospitality.
* Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairing.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
