What we're looking for in our Second Chef ...
Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
Understanding of hospitality management.
Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Excel in communication and leadership skills.
Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
