Join our SEMH school as an Assistant Site Manager, where you will play a key role in maintaining our facilities. This position involves general repairs, DIY tasks, and upholding safety standards to create a supportive environment for students and staff.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
* Participate in the key holding and security of the school premises.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in maintenance and repair work.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety protocols.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
