We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities:
* Waiting Staff:
o Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
o Take food and drink orders accurately.
o Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.
o Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
o Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
o Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a hospitality role (waiting or bar staff) is preferred but not required.
* A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
