We're partnered with a leading insurance training provider to find a dynamic Insurance Training Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine their insurance knowledge with creativity, client engagement and impactful training delivery.
The role
You'll take ownership of delivering high-quality training to a growing client list and industry partners covering everything from technical insurance knowledge to essential soft skills like communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
This role is much more than delivery: you'll be shaping the training portfolio, writing first-class content and working closely with clients to ensure solutions are relevant, engaging and aligned to business needs.
Key responsibilities
1. Design and deliver instructor-led training (face-to-face & virtual) and facilitate modular training programmes
2. Deliver live webinars on a variety of technical insurance topics
3. Create innovative course content including handouts, activities and slide decks
4. Refresh and update training materials in line with industry changes and emerging trends
5. Support Account Managers in tailoring client learning solutions
6. Collaborate with colleagues and provide cover during peak times
What we're looking for
7. Cert CII qualified (minimum), with a strong understanding of the insurance market, FCA regulation and the CII exam framework
8. Proven experience designing and delivering technical insurance training across multiple product lines
9. Excellent written communication skills able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
10. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels
11. Current knowledge of learning & development methods
12. A confident, collaborative communicator who builds strong client and learner relationships
