To strengthen our global Dellner Polymer Solutions team, we are looking for an experienced Global Sales Director who will contribute to take the Business Unit and our company to the next level! To ensure the execution of the business's sales strategy, profitability, and volume target achievement of products, systems, and services, you will lead a sales team focused on customers, relationship building, and commercial negotiations. A central part of the role is to plan and define marketing strategies for the Dellner Polymer Solutions business and to execute them.
Dellner Polymer Solutions is headquartered in the UK/Littlehampton and has operations in Burton (UK) and Pune (India). The core business is in the rail passenger and freight sector and will continue to play a key role in growth. Other business areas include Defence, Oil & Gas, Hand Fabrication, and Off-Highway, with Europe, Asia (India in particular), and North America as prioritized markets.

Key Responsibilities
This is a key role within the Dellner Polymer Solutions global organization. You will be part of the Global Management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing global sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, overseeing market analysis, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing. Additionally, you will contribute to business development and provide stakeholders with relevant reports and analyses.
About you and qualifications
You should have extensive global sales experience, with a proven track record in managing global customer relations, business development, closing deals, and delivering projects on time. Strong leadership, management skills, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders are essential. International experience relevant to Dellner Polymer Solutions is also important.
Success in this role depends on your ability to communicate effectively, motivate your sales team, set and follow up on targets, and adapt between strategic thinking and operational problem-solving within our entrepreneurial culture.
