Hours: Monday - Friday
Annual Salary - £33,000-£38,000 depending on experience

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Branch Operations Manager to join our well-established client based in Avonmouth, Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress.
The role of Branch Operations Manager is to ensure the Branch Operations Team deliver exceptional customer service in the most cost-effective manner to achieve growth and meet objectives set out in operating plan
Day to Day Duties
Managed productivity of the team to ensure full route execution each day
Review Branch performance metrics daily and take appropriate corrective actions
Monitor all operating activity against company and governing body standards
Complete field audits and with a target of 100% compliance
Control all operating cost to deliver continual improvement
Manage all courier/temporary labour requirements against cost and productivity
End to End PO Management to support accrual of cost in operating plan
Manage Branch fleet maintenance and control cost with support of fleet management
Manage and plan all annual leave
Collaborate with customer service, sales, supply chain and production colleagues
Assist in warehouse and delivery task as required
the role may require occasional travel
Essential Skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good Communicator on a one - one and group basis
Ability to interact confidently and professionally
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in time pressures and prioritise activity, individually and for the team
Experience of service management in UK logistics market preferred
