The Role
As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in their financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with clients to address their accounting needs.
* Visiting clients to provide personalised service.
* Creating and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Managing bookkeeping tasks to ensure compliance and precision.
* Assisting in preparing financial reports when necessary.
This is a part-time role offering flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. You'll be expected to work 20 hours a week, with the flexibility to choose your hours anytime between 9am to 5pm – perfect for those balancing school runs or other commitments.
The Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who:
* Is qualified through either a recognised qualification, such as AAT, or possesses relevant experience.
* Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
* Possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in liaising with clients.
* Is detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
* Can effectively manage time and juggle multiple tasks.
* Is a team player who contributes positively to their collaborative environment.
