This role involves both planned and reactive maintenance, contractor coordination and participation in improvement projects to ensure smooth and safe site operations. Responsibilities: - Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on site services (HVAC, electrical, water systems, compressed air, waste management) - Provide first-line technical support for equipment and infrastructure issues - Carry out minor building repairs and general maintenance tasks - Respond to service requests via the maintenance system - Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards - Supervise external contractors and ensure adherence to site policies - Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability projects - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Assist with emergency procedures, including fire alarm testing and drills Requirements: - 2- 5 years' experience in a similar role - Relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC/HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering) - Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, HVAC, water treatme...
