Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance driver
* Pay: £13.20 per hour
* Temporary – approx. 4 weeks
* Location: Micheldever
* Job Type: Full-time – 07:30 – 16:30

My client is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is available immediately and possesses a counterbalance forklift licence.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and stack materials in the warehouse.
* Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
* Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organised, and safe to work in.
* Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
* Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
* Report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the management team.
* Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must possess a valid counterbalance forklift licence.
* Proven experience as a warehouse operative or similar role is essential.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of diligence and attention to detail.
