A major water delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Framework Manager / Programme Manager to lead delivery across a key Southeast water framework. This role would suit someone with either a MEICA or civils background who is comfortable managing multiple live schemes within a regulated, KPI-driven environment.
The Role
As Framework Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and delivery of multiple projects across the framework. You will oversee programme, commercial position, health and safety, environmental performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring all schemes are delivered in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with project teams, planners, commercial managers and senior client stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Ownership of framework-level programme compliance and coordination with planning teams

Strategic client liaison and support to business development activity
*
Oversight and review of commercial performance alongside commercial colleagues
*
Managing productivity, standards and delivery performance across MEICA and civil water projects
*
Providing strategic NEC contract leadership and decision making
*
Identifying, managing and reporting project risks and change
*
Liaising with design teams to review and coordinate project design solutions
*
Ensuring safe delivery of projects to time, cost and quality
*
Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and environmental requirements
*
Managing approved subcontractors and supply chain partners
*
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders across the framework
*
Overseeing asset readiness and operational management prior to client handover
About You
You will come from an engineering background with strong experience delivering water infrastructure projects, ideally within a framework or programme-led environment.
Key requirements include:

Proven experience in a senior project management, programme management or framework management role
*
Strong MEICA and or civils interfacing experience within the water sector
*
High level of NEC contract competence
*
Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Right to work in the UK
