Role Purpose: To saw and machine timber efficiently, accurately and safely to customer orders, ensuring finished products are of prescribed quality and produced on time.
Responsibilities: To accurately, efficiently and safely saw and/or machine works orders.
To work to maximize the yield from each piece of timber.
To clearly and correctly tally sawn/machined timber on to production paperwork or system.
To stack, band and label each completed order in a safe and presentable manner.
To assist with any other reasonable tasks as required.

Skills required: Good standard of basic education especially maths (average or above)
