Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain roasting equipment Roast coffee beans to precise specifications Monitor and adjust roasting profiles as needed Maintain accurate records of roasting batches Contribute to the development of new coffee blends Maintain a clean and organized roasting environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Coffee Roaster Deep understanding of coffee roasting techniques and principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg
