White Horse are proud to be partnering with a PE backed services business in Bath that are looking for an interim FC/HOF for the summer, ideally someone that bring process improvement around controls and steady the ship during a period of change.
For a Period of 6-9 Months on an FTC or Day rate.
This position is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of a team, driven to understand how the company operates, and keen to use that knowledge to drive improvements.
The role covers financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management and transactional processing, along with providing commercial information on job costing, margin, revenue analysis, project productivity and profitability.
* Lead financial controls, statutory reporting and operational finance across a multi-entity group.
* Oversee a team with 5 direct reports, ensuring a robust financial control framework
* High-quality external reporting, strong compliance and efficient finance operations.
* Review and enhance existing financial models, processes, and controls.
* Manage structured, scalable project costing frameworks for global projects.
Experience
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Proven experience of consolidation and process improvement
* Strong experience overseeing year end.
