About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
* Earn up to £550
* Long-term, full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role
* Sociable working hours: 8 – 3:30, Mon/Fri
* Kickstart a long-term Teaching career

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom-based support across a variety of subjects. This includes:
* Offering one-to-one or small group academic support
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement
* Assisting with resource preparation and lesson delivery
* Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND or EAL)
* Encouraging students' confidence and participation
This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only, and you will be fully immersed in school life—building lasting relationships with pupils and staff.
