Job Title: Senior Revenue Protection Analyst

What does this role involve?
Working as part of the Revenue Protection team, you will support with the identification and rectification of safety concerns including with tampered and faulty meters. This includes you liaising with customers and internal departments in relation to tampered with meters.
You will act as the team’s initial point of escalation for any queries or complaints that may arise.
You will support the monitoring of KPI’s and targets within the team, ensuring all BAU tasks are completed, whilst proactively identifying any additional training / coaching needs within the team.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a strong knowledge of a revenue protection processes, with the ability to proactively identify and implement improvements.
You will have a methodical approach and able to follow processes to make logical decisions.
You will have an inquisitive and curious nature, along with a keen eye for detail, to understand and correct any anomalies.
