Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the Legal department in Leicester.
4. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate governance documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage and organise legal files and records.
7. Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings for the department.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
9. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence.
10. Handle general administrative tasks to support the team effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Board Secretary/ Company Secretary Assistant should have:
