Day-to-day of the role:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring each plate leaves the kitchen meeting our high standards.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service during busy periods.
* Manage kitchen stock and place orders as necessary, ensuring ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
* Contribute to menu development with innovative recipes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a chef.
* Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in a supportive team.
* Knowledge of the latest food trends and cooking techniques.
* A genuine passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
