As Head Chef at Dixons Newall Green you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, nutritiousmeals to ourstaff and students. You will have the chance to showcase your culinary talents by creating modern and appealingmenus for students aged 11 - 16all while benefiting from the support of a multi-site cateringmanager.
About this role:
Culinary excellence
Craft delicious and nutritious meals for over 300 students over two year groups, with an expanding numberof diners each year.
Continuously innovate and improve menus to meet the evolving tastes and dietary needs of our students.
Team management and development
Lead a small kitchen team and foster a positive working environment.
Assist in recruiting and training future kitchen staff to support our growth over the next three years.
Work-life balance
Enjoy a regular schedule with hours from 7AM to 3PM, Monday to Friday, providing awork-life balance that's often elusive in the culinary world.
Take advantage of 11 weeks annual leave to recharge and spend time with loved ones.
