Become a pivotal part of creating unforgettable, award-winning experiences for children as a Camp Beaumont Camp Manager. You will lead our operations, guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programs while ensuring the well-being of all young campers.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3 to 14 during summer and school holiday weekdays. Your role is to motivate, support, and direct the team, demonstrating experience in childcare and team management. Effective communication is essential, as you will interact with parents and collaborate with the Area Manager and other departments.
About You:
* Over 18 years old
* Available to work during school holidays
* UK/EU citizen with two right-to-work IDs
* Experience in childcare settings and managing small teams
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Passionate about working with children
* Proactive and able to work independently
* High safeguarding awareness
* Paediatric first aid certification or training offered
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant qualification

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and development opportunities. Earn between £15.30 to £19 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. The rate includes holiday pay.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK and undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure along with two professional references.
