Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Basic computer and keyboard skills
Desirable criteria
2. RSA III or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
3. Previous clerical experience within a busy office, working under pressure and to strict deadlines
4. Ability/experience to work in a demanding environment
5. Experience of working with members of the public
Desirable criteria
6. eCAMIS/ WLM/ OPS/HICSS trained EPR
Knowledge
Essential criteria
7. Able to work flexibly according to the needs of the service
Desirable criteria
8. Knowledge of Endoscopy procedures
9. Understanding of cancer, diagnostic and 18 week national rules and targets
Language requirement
Essential criteria
10. Be able to speak English as necessary to undertake the role
