Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Cladding Projects Manager / Contracts Manager responsible for the effective management and delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring programme requirements are met while aligning with company and regional objectives, and exceeding client and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Managing contracts to meet safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
2. Leading the design, quality management, resource planning, defects management, and out-of-hours work, ensuring procedures and documentation comply with contract requirements.
3. Representing the company’s obligations and rights under contract terms.
4. Promoting high standards of health, safety, and environmental management through active leadership and compliance.
5. Ensuring adequate staffing, effective team management, and maintaining high morale and communication.
6. Supporting business development activities, including client engagement and bid support.
7. Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, attending meetings, and representing the company at events.
8. Monitoring contract progress, reporting accurately, and managing risks.
9. Ensuring financial and program controls are in place and maintained by collaborating with operational and commercial teams.
10. Contributing to company policies and procedures, and marketing efforts.
11. Minimizing defects during and after construction, and supporting resident care.
12. Performing other duties as assigned.
About you
* Experience working for a refurbishment main contractor
* Valid driving licence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel Trackers
* Strong health and safety awareness
* Excellent leadership and people skills, with the ability to drive team performance
* Cladding experience
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 6 qualification (NVQ) and/or membership of a professional body (MCIOB/MICE) and/or a construction-related degree
* Cladding and retrofit experience
* Appropriate CSCS card
* Experience delivering multiple contracts across various locations
* Knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes
* Ability to plan and coordinate resources effectively
* Familiarity with document management systems
* Valid driving licence
