Quality Engineer
Location: Glasgow, City of Glasgow, United Kingdom
Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Quality Engineer on a temporary to permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing quality experience and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily management of the site QMS
* Lead / assist non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits
* Drive product, process, and service quality improvements
* Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Margin Improvement initiatives
* Support inspection teams, NDT activities, and production quality issues
* Lead Zero Defect initiatives and improve customer satisfaction and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in manufacturing quality or operations
* Proven leadership, communication, and customer quality relationship skills
* Understanding of ISO 9001, calibration systems, and quality tools
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation initially on a temporary basis, moving on to a permanent contract after 3 months.
