Job Title: Senior Personal Assistant
Pay: £25-£30 per hour!
Location: City of London - Near Fenchurch St!
Type: Temporary - Full time
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Hybrid: Yes - 2-3 days in the office!
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to provide highlevel support to two senior leaders within a professional, fastpaced organisation based in the City. This is a temporary role ideal for someone with strong PA/EA experience who is confident managing complex workloads and working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
* Highlevel diary and inbox management.
* Preparing meeting documentation, presentations, and reports.
* Coordinating travel and logistics.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing priorities and supporting senior leaders proactively.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven PA/EA experience at senior leadership or Csuite level.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
* Professional, discreet, and able to work independently.
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
