We are currently recruiting Concierge to work with a leading housing association, supporting Adults clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse within the area of Congleton and Macclesfield

£12.60 per hour

Shifts available both days and nights.

We are seeking a reliable
Concierge
to provide cover in our supported accommodation services. You will:
Act as first point of contact for residents overnight
Safeguard tenants, escalating concerns where necessary
Monitor CCTV, patrol buildings, and maintain security
Manage and de-escalate incidents in a calm, professional way
Record all activity and ensure effective handovers
Support with light cleaning and void turnaround when required
Ensure health & safety standards across the building
We're looking for someone who can:
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents & staff
Stay calm and defuse difficult situations under pressure
Work independently and use initiative overnight
Remain physically capable to patrol and maintain presence on site
Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with shifts
Input records accurately into electronic systems
This is a lone-working role, requiring confidence, awareness, and commitment to keeping people safe.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (Adults).
