You will join asa Strategic Business Manager to drive performance, growth within key industrial accounts. Youll play a key leadership role, bridging the gap between operational delivery and strategic development, ensuring our business not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence and profitabilityCollaborate with technical and operational teams to optimise service delivery and innovationBuild and nurture client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with company goalsMonitor industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and competitive advantageWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in a strategic or Senior Account Management role, within the water treatment industry.Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetA track record of driving business performance and developing new revenue streamsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks in the utilities/environmental sectorDegree-level education in business, engineering, or a related field preferredThe Process
