Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in manufacturing, purchasing, or quality?
At Triumph Motorcycles, we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new model programmes, working at the heart of our product development and operational teams.
The Role
You will take ownership of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, working closely with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of new model and business-critical projectsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, quality, and operationsChair project meetings and drive clear, consistent communicationTrack performance using metrics and report progress to senior stakeholdersProactively manage risks, issues, and change controlEnsure alignment between technical delivery and commercial objectivesOwn project budgets and monitor spend vs forecastDrive continuous improvement and capture lessons learnedWhat We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong operational or manufacturing mindset, rather than purely IT or software project experience.
Ideal backgrounds include:
Project Management within engineering or manufacturing companiesPurchasing / Supply Chain / Procurement-led project rolesQuality or production-led programme coordination rolesKey Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering complex projects in a manufacturing or engineering settingStrong stakeholder management across multiple business functionsExcellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skillsAbility to influence, negotiate, and drive accountabilityComfortable working in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environmentsPragmatic, solutions-focused decision makerStrong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams(Full details can be found on the downloadable job spec)
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week- Monday- Friday
