Job Description
3. Direct and manage all audit operations within the firm
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance audit procedures
5. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of professional services industry standards and regulations
6. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient and effective operations
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
8. Ensure all audit activities align with company policies and objectives
9. Oversee the preparation of audit reports and financial statements
10. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Director should have:
11. A recognised professional qualification in Accounting or a related field
12. Proven leadership and management skills
13. A thorough understanding of auditing processes and procedures
14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
15. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
16. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
