Product Owner

Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to partner with our clients and own the delivery of their product roadmap. This role will be highly consultative, working directly with client stakeholders to define, prioritise, and shape their roadmap. The Product Owner will need to understand the technologies being leveraged, what their capabilities are, and how they can deliver measurable value back to the organisation.
A successful candidate will be a critical thinker with strong B2B experience, ideally within industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or technology. They will be confident leading discovery, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders, and owning a solution from concept through to delivery. This person will be a self-starter, highly motivated to take end-to-end ownership of solutions, and comfortable working closely with UX, global delivery teams, and technical leads.
Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, gain their trust, and partner with them to shape and evolve their product roadmap.
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities to capture business needs, user requirements, and opportunities.
Review the technology ecosystem and identify dependencies across systems and platforms.
Make recommendations based on industry best practices, competitive analysis, and sector knowledge.
Gather insights from user feedback, research, and performance metrics to inform prioritisation and optimisations.
Act as the single point of contact for the client across multiple workstreams and global teams.
Review analytics and performance data to define insights and make recommendations on future features.
Define measurable outcomes, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for incremental features.
Shape goals and objectives for new projects/features in collaboration with UX and technical stakeholders.
Create release notes and stakeholder communications that highlight incremental value delivered during each release.
Partner with the UX Lead to ensure all recommendations optimise the end-to-end user experience.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Product Owner, Delivery Consultant, or similar role (consulting or agency experience preferred).
Strong B2B product experience, with exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog ownership, and prioritisation.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Experience working in Commerce, DXP, CDP, or automation platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to senior internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated experience in eliciting, defining, and analysing requirements in complex environments.
Strong problem-solving skills; able to bridge business needs, user requirements, and technical feasibility.
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones.
Strong project management and technology skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration/design tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).
Ability to work on-site in Manchester to partner closely with client stakeholders.
