Key Responsibilities:
* 6-10 years experience with crisis communications / social escalations / incident management
* Experience managing externally facing communications on public platforms
* Strong editorial judgement and a clear point of view on tone and messaging.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications during technical incidents and platform outages.
* Support continuous improvement of escalation workflows, documentation, and response playbooks.
* Excellent copywriting skills, particularly under strict time constraints.
* Familiarity with YouTube products, policies, creators, and platform dynamics.
