We're offering a £38,000 salary, paid overtime beyond 40 hours, and Monday–Friday working —plus a clear path for progression within a growing and innovative business.
The Role: Support the Head Chef in leading a high-volume, high-quality kitchen operation
Help shape and deliver modern, seasonal menus across retail and hospitality outlets
Play a key role in large-scale event delivery and VIP functions
Ensure kitchen excellence in food safety, training, and team development
About You: Experience as a Senior Sous or strong Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led setting
A passion for bold, creative, and on-trend food
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a can-do attitude
