Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for an exciting role with the opportunity to expand and develop your clinical skill set?
Here at Pet Doctors Isle of Wight we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team on the Isle of Wight. We welcome applications from any areas of interest, especially those with surgical experience, a surgical bias or exotics. Along with having the opportunity to join our dedicated veterinary team you will also be encouraged to continue your professional development in practice. We are true believers of learning and nurturing our vet talent and therefore offer structured support and development of clinical skills with the potential for support in gaining a fully funded certificate.
You will be joining a team of certificate holders (or working toward) in Surgery, Cardiology, ECC, Internal Medicine and Dermatology. The IOW vet teams work collaboratively and contribute to Clinical Excellence projects, regular vet meetings, case reviews and dedicated CPD days held in-house for the team to learn and grow together.
Rota: 40 hours a week across 4 days. We are also open to considering part time applications.
Responsibilities
* Join the Pet Doctors Isle of Wight veterinary team as a Veterinary Surgeon on the Isle of Wight.
* Collaborate with the veterinary teams across the hospital and branches and contribute to Clinical Excellence projects, case reviews and in-house CPD days.
* Benefit from structured support and development of clinical skills with potential for further certification support in Surgery, Cardiology, ECC, Internal Medicine and Dermatology.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Qualifications
