Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Summary of our role
As an Art Director at Havas Lynx Group, you will produce impactful, original, intelligent work that impresses the client and surpasses their needs. You will show creative scope across projects while developing your skills in a range of areas, keeping the client need at the forefront of every brief and being an integral and supportive member of the team.
What you can expect to be doing
* Support the team by producing creative work across a range of projects that is appropriate and exceeds the client’s brief.
* Work in partnership with the Client Services team, initiating and responding directly to client communications where appropriate.
* Collaborate with the copy team to generate ideas, develop campaigns (multi-format), and present ideas to clients.
* Support the Senior Art Director in making decisions on creative production and provide direction to external partners.
* Excel in art skills including photography, illustration, typography, UX/UI, and multi-format art direction (print, digital, social). Demonstrate problem solving, mood boards, and craft excellence.
* Attend briefing meetings and communicate with Strategy, Client Services, Medical, Digital, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Demonstrate strong capability in presenting work internally and externally.
