Confidence running workshops, mapping processes and engaging stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making skills. Ability to work in fast-moving, agile-informed environments. Experience producing high-quality documentation and analysis outputs. Understanding of business process improvement techniques. Certification in Business Analysis (or working towards one). Responsibilities: Lead and support analysis activity across Calico, including requirements gathering, user stories, and clear technical documentation. Conduct process mapping and redesign as part of transformation and systems improvement. Perform data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities. Assess change requests and conduct investigation work to inform decision-making. Develop solution options aligned with organisational priorities. Contribute to testing, implementation, and adoption of new systems. Produce high-quality documentation, business cases, and governance-ready outputs.
