We have a wonderful opportunity for anexperienced skilled Butcher to join us in the role ofShop Managermanaging the day to day running of our Bridgemere shop, helping to drive performance and contribute to developing innovative, award winning quality products.

Working closely with and supported by area management and the Butchery and Delicatessen team at our well established shop located within Bridgemere Garden Centre (one of Britain's largest garden centres), you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards, providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a skilled butcher with managerial responsibility in a busy retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
* Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
* Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
* Drive, enthusiasm and xsngvjr pride in high standards.
