What You’ll Be Doing
As the Lead Operations Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance across their global TA processes.
1. You will develop and optimise Talent Acquisition processes across regions
2. Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects
3. Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and identify risk mitigation strategies
4. Analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement
5. Partner closely with stakeholders including Hiring Managers, HR teams, and external vendors
6. Ensure alignment with regional legislative and regulatory requirements (UK & APAC)
7. Stay ahead of legislative changes and advise on impact and actions
