Youll play a key role in creating exceptional desserts for a variety of outlets-from our caf display to our in-house restaurants, and even bespoke celebration cakes. What Youll Be Doing: Producing a wide range of pastries including-but not limited to-croissants, tarts, tiramisu, gelato, individual and plated desserts Contributing to the dessert offering for our restaurants, caf, and takeaway counters Preparing custom cakes for special occasions in line with guest and brand expectations Maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced production setting Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely output Upholding food safety and sanitation standards in all areas of production Requirements A pastry chef with a solid foundation in classic techniques-Italian and French pastry experience is needed At least 4 years of experience working in professional high-volume pastry productions Experience in a high-volume kitchen or production environment An eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship Strong organisational and time-management skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility regarding shift patterns, including weekends and holidays Other information THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN 40 hours contract.
