You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

You’ll be… Supporting service users with daily activities
* providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations Encouraging personal development
* supporting service users to engage in their local community from going shopping, to attending leisure events Supporting staff
* acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Field Care Supervisor You’ll need… Experience working with adults with disabilities IT literacy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, compassion and a can-do attitude at all times A responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities is required.
