The Role We are looking to appoint a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for a pupil with additional needs. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will support the pupil’s learning, emotional wellbeing and inclusion, helping them to access the curriculum and develop independence. This role requires patience, consistency and a positive approach, supporting the pupil both within the classroom and in other areas of the school as needed.
