As a Quality Controller, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every commercial vehicle repair meets our exacting standards — and leaves the workshop safe, compliant, and ready for the road. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong technical understanding of vehicle repair, and a commitment to upholding the highest industry standards, including BSI Kitemark accreditation. What You’ll Be Doing: Conducting final quality checks on repaired commercial vehicles before customer handover Ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and BSI Kitemark standards Identifying and rectifying any issues or defects, liaising with technicians as required Documenting quality control checks and contributing to continuous improvement Supporting a culture of excellence, safety and compliance across the site What We’re Looking For: Experience in a vehicle repair or quality control role, ideally with commercial vehicles Strong technical understanding of body, paint, and MET processes Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach A commitment to integrity, with the confidence to challenge when standards aren’t met Familiarity with compliance, health & safety, and industry best practices Why Join CarComm?
