Year 1 OTE £31,315 Day shift 6am-2pm Perm My client based in Northfleet is looking to recruit a Pallet Operative on a full time permanent basis with the day shift hours being 6am-2pm Monday- Friday. My client will be moving to Rochester Airport in the coming months so you will be relocated to that site. You will be a hands on individual who is a hard worker, happy to work outside in the yard meeting performance targets daily. Day to day of the Pallet Operative: Working in a small team to meet daily performance and attendance targets to get your monthly bonus. Constructing and rebuilding pallets, ensuring you are not wasting materials. Being very hands on, pulling out nails, taking pallets apart and putting new pieces together to make them new. Spraying the pallets the right colour dependent on the industry required. Ensuring the forklift driver has enough pallets to move around the yard for distribution.Requirements of the Pallet Operative: Has hands on experience in any industry, labouring/ picking and packing/ welding etc Happy to work outside in all weather conditions.
