Salary: £34,003 per annum (Professional Services Grade 8)

Apprenticeship Onboarding Manager – The Role:

Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for an Apprenticeship Onboarding Manager to take the lead in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality onboarding experience for our apprentices, employers, and internal teams.

Apprenticeship Onboarding Manager - Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end onboarding process – from application to enrolment – ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all.
* Ensure full compliance with Apprenticeship Funding Rules, DfE requirements, and college policies.
* Manage and mentor a dedicated team of onboarding administrators and leads.
* Drive process improvements and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Collaborate cross-college with Curriculum, MIS, and Quality teams to ensure accurate data and a seamless transition to programme delivery.
* Monitor performance metrics and produce timely reports on enrolment and compliance.
* Champion quality and consistency across all onboarding documentation and contractual processes.
Apprenticeship Onboarding Manager – You:
We are seeking someone with a proactive mindset and a strong background in apprenticeship management. You will ideally have:
* Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in apprenticeship administration or onboarding (preferably in a FE/HE setting).
* Strong working knowledge of DfE Apprenticeship Funding Rules and related compliance requirements.
* Experience managing or leading teams and working within Management Information Systems (MIS).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development.
