Office Administrator Opportunity - Up to £26,000 per annum - Hybrid Working
A family owned organisation based in Bicester are looking to hire an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. Due to to the organisations continued growth, there is a clear development and growth plan in place for this role including the opportunity to undertake fully funded studies.

The Directors are approachable and like to work in an open plan environment to be part of the team. The office environment is split over two floors and is open plan with a hot desk model in place to encourage team interaction. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with hybrid working arrangements being offered after 3 months (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
The key duties of the Office Administrator include but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external clients to resolve any queries that they may have
- Manage customer claims and orders from start to finish
- General administrative tasks including email inbox management, filing and document control
- Resolve payment issues on customer files
- Send invoices and relevant supporting documentation relating to customer claims
- Update and manage databases and spreadsheets.
To be considered for the position, applicants MUST:
- Have an extensive background within customer service and/or administrations
- Be systems and tech savvy
- Have a drive for personal development
- Be willing to initially work onsite in Bicester but then move to a hybrid model after 3 months
- Be proactive and be able to work using their own initiative
- Enjoy working as part of a team
