Our client provides insurance services to customers, including those with pre-existing medical conditions. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Team Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a team of Sales Agents to deliver an optimum level of service to our customers. You will possess a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team and ideally have experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.
