Role: Inside Sales Administrator
Location: Brighton (Hybrid - office-based initially for 2 weeks, then 1 day per week in office)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday with hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours per week on a shift rota)
Pay: £12.82 per hour
12 Week Temporary Contract starting from August 5th 2025
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and fast-growing organisation operating in the digital insurance space, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and accurately update CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Comfortable working towards weekly performance targets
The Role:
Answer incoming enquiries from customers regarding quotations and renewals
Support customers through the insurance purchase process over the phone
Ensure accurate input and maintenance of customer data across internal systems
Transfer leads and redirect queries to relevant internal departments as needed
Use consultative skills to identify and meet customer needs while ensuring compliance
Maintain performance against weekly targets such as sales conversion and call handling
Work shift patterns between 8am and 6pm to ensure full phone line coverage
