The Role
* You will recruit, mentor and develop consultants across perm and contract desks.
* Build a high-performance environment grounded in accountability, collaboration and ambition.
* Lead from the front, setting standards, driving activity and elevating capability.
* Expand market share across engineering, manufacturing, operations and supply chain.
* Strengthen relationships with existing warm clients while opening new strategic accounts.
* Drive revenue through intelligent pricing, market insight and proactive business development.
* Influence regional strategy and contribute to wider business initiatives.
* Strive to deliver operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance, quality and delivery standards remain consistently high.
* Use data and forecasting to make informed decisions and maximise profitability.

* A strong, proven track record in agency recruitment within engineering, manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
* Similar leadership experience, developing consultants, improving performance and building teams.
* The ability to balance billing with strategic leadership.
