Job Title: Course Leader in Early Years
We're excited to welcome a passionate Course Leader to join our fantastic team! In this role, you'll take charge of leading our FE Early Years programmes, including the new T-Level qualification. You'll also engage in a wide range of teaching activities across various units within the FE Early Years curriculum.

About the Role:
Deliver comprehensive teaching duties: design schemes of work, assess, prepare, deliver lessons, mark, tutor students, lead guidance and selection, and promote courses at open events.
Lead FE courses as a Band 2 Lecturer, including pastoral care, administration, and curriculum development within the Early Years core team.
Collaborate with Area Head and course leaders to ensure high-quality programme delivery across teams.
Drive best practice by developing curricula incorporating Technology Enhanced Learning and innovative teaching methods.
Maintain quality through internal and external verification processes, reporting outcomes to senior staff.
Monitor student work standards against awarding body criteria and support raising achievement levels
Essential Qualifications:
Education to degree level or above and a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1/ O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
Relevant Teacher training / completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course.
Essential Experience:
Effective and consistent high-quality teaching experience across levels within Further
Education and is able to teach across a range of courses and levels including T-level.
Experience of leading courses and/or curriculum development.
Able to demonstrate experience of working with learners with a wide range of needs.
