The Role
Due to continuous growth, we are now recruiting for a Taxpliance Senior to join our Business Services Service Line. We would be willing to house the successful candidate in either our Kendal, Northallerton or Hexham offices.
The main elements of this role will include:
1. Being responsible for entering Tax information into the relevant sections of our Tax software ready for review by a Taxpliance Manager
2. Dealing withplex areas within their portfolio, including Profit Sharing, Farmers Averaging Claims, CGTputations etc
3. Sending reminders to clients for required / missing information
4. Reporting any HMRCpliance enquiry notices to the Taxpliance Manager
5. Providing support and training on Tax data entry to Taxpliance Assistants

The Candidate
In order to fulfil the responsibilities of the position, we would like candidates to be / have:
6. A Full UK Driving Licence
7. Either ATT or CTA qualified already, or be currently studying for either of these qualifications. "Qualified by Experience" candidates will also be considered for this position
8. Experience of working in an Accounting / Taxpliance capacity at an Accountancy Practice
9. A dedicated team player and willing to assist colleagues within the team where possible
10. Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure
11. Able to use initiatives and have great organisation / problem solving skills
12. Keen to be part of a dynamic team
